Shipping methods

Shipments are implemented worldwide by UPS courier. Time of shipments are as follows:

  • 1-2 working days to Italy. NB: The time can be different for the following regions: Calabria, Sicilia and Sardegna.
  • 4-5 working days to EU countries.
  • 4-5 working days to US, Asia and Australia.

In case the customer chooses the option of Express Shipment, they can send an e-mail to info@capirari.com before proceeding with the order.

All shipments can be tracked through the related tracking number on www.ups.it, only after our system sends the customer the ID tracking information.

CAPIRARI is not responsible of unexpected delivery delays, not depending on its will.

For “Poste Pay” or bank transfer payment, the item(s) will be sent when the payment is received by Capirari. If the order occurs in the afternoon, the item(s) will be sent the next day. For all orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the item(s) will be shipped on the following Monday.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and in the afternoon. The addressee can not ask for a specific date or time of delivery.

In case of a failed delivery, the courier will leave a notification though specific labels at your home. Delivery will occur twice: then, the courier will try to contact the consumer. (OR: Delivery will be attempted once; then, if this is not successful, the courier will bring the parcel to the nearest UPS Access Point).

CAPIRARI is not responsible for any delivery problems caused by the courier.

Returned goods

If the client for any reason is not satisfied with its purchase, CAPIRARI grants 14 working day term, from the day of good receipt.

To apply for return authorization according to 21/2014 Legislative Decree, Article n. 52), the Customer must send a request to the following e-mail address: info@capirari.com or to call: +393492834403.

The communication must specify items codes that you are returning and the desired repayment: size or item change, voucher or refund.

CAPIRARI will authorize the return within 24 hours after the receipt of the request.

Please note that the cost of the return shipping is at the expenses of the customer (according to 21/2014 Legislative Decree, Article n. 57), while the return shipping to the customer is free of charge.
In the case of imperfect to wrong item, the cost of the return shipping is at the expenses of by CAPIRARI. moreover, in these cases, CAPIRARI will ask for a photographic proof of the problem before authorizing the return.

Term and conditions

Items must not have been worn, washed or altered, and they must not have a any sign of use. Each item must be returned including all original labels, packages and accessories that were received along with the order.
All returned items will be checked by CAPIRARI company and they must comply with all the parameters listed in the “returned goods” procedure.
CAPIRARI reserves the right to charge a 10% of the value of the returned goods just in case the items does not comply with all the terms and conditions provided by our policy.
