About your orders

What can I do if I receive an incomplete order or a flawed item?
You can write us an e-mail at info@capirari.com showing the order number and the missing item’s code.
You can do the same in the case of a flawed item.

I would like to pay by credit card, is it safe?
We can guarantee to our clients that every purchase is made in total security and through the most advanced data encryption systems: the “Moneta Online” system.

Which payment methods can I use to buy on your web site?
Our payment methods are: Credit or Debit card, Paypal or Bank transfer. With respect to this last payment method there will be an extra charge.

I payed with credit card and I saw the “congratulations!!” page but I didn’t receive the confirmation e-mail, what can I do?
Firstly, have a look to your Spam folder, if you don’t find the e-mail there DON’T DO THE ORDER AGAIN, but send us an e-mail to info@zgpgq.hosts.cx and we will write as soon as it is possible to confirm the order.

About returned goods

I want to return an item. What can I do?
Please send us an email at  info@capirari.com, pointing out the reasons why you are returning the good, as well as attaching a picture of the problem. As soon as we verify the problem, you will receive an email with all of the instruction to proceed with the return. It’s also possible to return only one good.

How do I know if you received the returned goods?
As soon as the courier give us the package, we will send you an email with the refund procedures. Before proceeding with the refund, we will check the item’s integrity before moving to the final stages.

How long I have to wait for the refund?
This procedure can last a maximum 14 working days, starting from the day in which we receive the returned goods pack. We will conduct the refund on your credit or debit card.

About the Shipping

How does the delivery take place?
The shipment is carriage forward the consumer, except for special offer or exceeding the sum for free shipping. Shipping costs are shown during the order phase.

How long does it take to receive the order?
At the end of the order, we will send you an informative email about the courier and the link to track your order. Delivery times usually are 4 working days. If the product is not available in the warehouse, we will contact you to give you some alternative solutions.

Can I check my order status?
Sure, just enter the reserved area of the Capirari.com website by logging into your profile using your Username and Password. Then click on “Order Status”.
